Covered Vendor Spaces with roof, on asphalt (except #8, which is on the grass). Located between the parking lot and the main field of show bikes and open-air vendors. Near the food trucks and dining area. Vendor setup starts at 7 am on the day of the event. Covered vending areas must be set up before 10 am on the day of the event. Prepaid vendors will receive a Vendor Pass in the mail to gain admission. Each vendor space includes admission for one person. Additional people pay $10 each at the gate.
