• Be sure to enclose a business card or catalog so that your door prize(s) can be tagged properly.

• When you contribute a door prize (value at least $25), you are eligible to be listed on the ‘Our Supporters’ page of the website. Please make sure you include you contact information, web site, email, etc. for the listing.
