MT. AIRY, MARYLAND — BRITISH • EUROPEAN • JAPANESE
Featuring Classic motorcycles that are 1983 or older, we expanded to include Japanese motorcycles in addition to British & European marques in 2019.
The weather on May 19th was perfect, sunny and warm in Mt. Airy, Maryland for our first-ever show at the Fireman’s Carnival Grounds. Lots of interesting Classic Motorcycles, with a good mixture of British, European and Japanese bikes: factory stock, racers, customs, cafe, daily riders, trailer queens, and everything in between.
2019 CMD Statistics Here are the details:
Crowd estimate at approx. 1300 attendees. Forty or so vendors, the main vendor area filled up and spilled over to the overflow field. The three food vendors, coffee vendor and the ice cream truck served until they ran out (or nearly ran out) of food.
All in all, not bad for our first year at the new location. We will take lessons learned in 2019 to plan for next year. Leave us feedback via email or on our Facebook page (See below for links).
